[Bug 186409] Re: can't open kde control module: "configuration is already open"

Another information, i also use Enlightenment and Xfce, and if you open
systemssettings-kde4 under  enlightenment you can work normaly,if you
click on the bottom icons, the error window doesnt's appear.
