[Bug 147721] Re: displayconfig-gtk crashed with IndexError in _syncXorgConfig()

Most of the comments on this bug are about crashes due to a lack of a
serverlayout section in xorg.conf.  That should be fixed now.  This
particular crash (the original traceback) is not, but I can look at this
to fix it to at least not crash after we get the beta out the door.
