I have a similar issue, it happens everytime I tell KNetworkManager to
connect to a access point in the list of found wireless access points.

I'm using Ubuntu Hardy with all updates as of March 19 2008

KNetworkManager just dies with the following in the console:

knetworkmanager: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/libkdeinit_knetworkmanager.so: undefined symbol:
nmu_security_serialize_none_with_cipher
