[Bug 206187] [NEW] Please drop patch kubuntu_9920_startkde_dash_stupidness.diff

Binary package hint: kdebase

In kdebase 4:3.5.8-2ubuntu17 Anthony added debian/patches/kubuntu_9920_startkde_dash_stupidness.diff, which worked around some regression in dash.
This has been fixed by a new dash upload at the same day when the patch was added, so it should be reverted/dropped.
