[Bug 206500] [NEW] knetwork manager disconnect password protected wireless networks

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

on startup kneworkmanager starts to connect to wifi with passwords, but
disconnects simultaniously. after 3-4 manual retries it connects to the
network permenantly until reboot/shutdown. it happends on every wifi
network (protected), with open networks it behaves normaly.
