Thanks for reporting this issue and helping to make Kubuntu better.

Dolphin is an additional simplified file manager. Konqueror still keeps
its file management features. Therefore, I am not sure, why someone
would start Konqueror in order to start Dolphin. If Konqueror is
started, I would assume the user wants to do the file management inside
Konqueror.

Therefore, we would like to close this report.
