Not actually a bug, but I was referred to file this report from ubuntu-
devel by Matt Zimmerman mdz at ubuntu.com

Original post:

For support of the most widely-used transfer protocols, such as sftp,
Quanta requires 'kdebase-kio-plugins'.

I think this would be a nice one to fix up, as it's an issue I've seen
experienced by many developers wishing to crossover to Ubuntu, but who
can't leave Dreamweaver because of the need for fast and secure
transfers.

This issue seems to be specific to the Ubuntu package.

>From the topology of the the current Quanta package, it seems it would
be appropriate to mark it as 'suggested' or 'recommended' package.

** Affects: kdewebdev (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
         Status: Won't Fix
