[Bug 225120] [NEW] Register and support AIM: URI handler for Kopete

Binary package hint: kopete

Kopete should handle the aim: URI and should register it when the
package is installed.  This way you could click an "aim:screenname" link
in a browser and have Kopete add it to your buddy list.
