[Bug 228318] [NEW] Qt4 - Vertical titlebar in dock widget generates error messages

When I make a dock widget in qt4 designer and give it a vertical title
bar, I start seeing errors on the command line:

  QPainter::begin: Paint device returned engine == 0, type: 3
  QPainter::end: Painter not active, aborted
  QPixmap::fromImage: Cannot convert a null image

I suspect this is a problem in libqt-gui and not designer because after
I convert the generated ui to a python app and execute it, I see the
same messages.

Since I am using these generated widgets in an interactive python
environment, the error messages really get in the way.
