[Bug 158421] [NEW] randr screen rotation in gutsy release under KDE only

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

running the restricted nvidia driver.
have to set the option

option "randrrotation" "true"

in xorg.conf

then use xrandr

xrandr -o left

screen rotates but KDE still renders as though the screen has not
changed.

so when going from a display with resolution WxH
the screen becomes HxW, but KDE is still treating the screen as WxH

this is a fresh installation of gutsy
