Ok I use kaffeine as my dvb-player, but with hardy dxr3 video output does not function anymore. Kaffeine just informs that it can't use dxr3 video output.
I think this is the main reason why it's not use 
load_plugins: plugin dxr3-mpeg2 failed to instantiate itself.

dxr3 video output works fine with xine itself and mplayer, so dxr3
drivers works fine.
