[Bug 292509] [NEW] Blank entries in Add widgets window upon selecting by category

Descriptions:
Widget entires in Add Widgets window lose their icon and text upon selecting from category.

To reproduce:
Click on "Add widgets" (top right plasma menu). Now in the Add widgets window, click on the drop menu to select among the categories. The widget's to that category so displayed lose their icon and text. Reverting back to "All widgets" from drop menu still shows blank entries. The window has to be launched again to bring up normal entries back.
