[Bug 266999] Re: plasma crashed with SIGSEGV

Same problem here. Did yesterday install in kubuntu 8.10 kwrite (package
libkcddb1). Since then I have a crashing Plasma. In the attachement
you'll find the debugging information.

Interesting: removing libkcddb1 doesn't help. After the crash, you can
still work, and calling any application with alt+F2 in the graphical
environement. But no panel or any Desktop-Icons show up.
