Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: arts
dpkg failed earlier due to disk (/var) being 100% full. Freed-up disk
space and rerun apt-get. Now dpkg shows this error which is not fixed
by:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
dpkg: error processing libarts1c2a (--configure):
package libarts1c2a is not ready for configuration
cannot configure (current status `triggers-awaited')
