I found a workaround: just install the flashplugin-nonfree package from
hardy-backports.

Steps:
* go to http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy-backports/i386/flashplugin-nonfree/download
* download the package from a mirror
* sudo apt-get remove flashplugin-nonfree
* sudo dpkg -i flashplugin-nonfree_10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1+really9.0.124.0ubuntu2_i386.deb
* open a new Konqueror window and... enjoy :-)

The bug is probably due to an interaction problem between the new Flash
plugin and Konqueror.
