akregator 1.3.1 does not prompt for download whenever I click on a link
that takes me to a file download. It just sits there and does nothing.
If I open the link on a new tab, all I get is an "Untitled" tab. It's a
very annoying behavior, since I need to open the link externally. I
clearly remember this feature working back in KDE 3.5.
