[Bug 294336] [NEW] kmix does not show all channels

Binary package hint: kmix

When I try to select the master channel for kmix, I cannot choose all
channels that amixer shows.

Kmix allows me to select one of these channels:
* Front
* PCM
* CD
* Mic
* Capture
* Capture 2
* Digital
* Speaker
* iMic

According to amixer, the following channels are available:
