The script is still availble in a default installation of Kubuntu 8.10:

$ apt-get source amarok
$ cd amarok-1.4.10
$ find . -iname \*astra\*
./amarok/src/scripts/lyrics_astraweb
./amarok/src/scripts/lyrics_astraweb/lyrics_astraweb.rb
./amarok/src/scripts/lyrics_astraweb/lyrics_astraweb.spec
