[Bug 295419] [NEW] tool-tip stays displayed when mouse leaves VM Kubuntu window

Not sure if anything can even be done about this, but I thought I would
submit it anyways.

I have Kubuntu 8.10 running in a VirtualBox VM, if I leave the window by
an app the tool-tip stays up.
