[Bug 295707] [NEW] okular doesn't print multiple copies

Okular only prints a single copy of a document, even if one puts another
number in the "copies" entry of the print dialog options.

This is for Ubuntu's 8.10 with backported reps (okular
4:4.1.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid1)
