[Bug 296297] [NEW] kile fails reporting bugs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

I tried to report a bug in Kile using the menu: Help -> Report a bug
A dialog is opened: "Submit bug report - Kile" with a button: "Launch bug report wizard".
Pressing that button, gives the following error:

Could not launch the browser:    Unable to find service "kfmclient"

Of course kfmclient is installed in my system and it is in the search
path.

Using Kubuntu 8.10 with KDE4 and Kile 2.0.1 (for KDE 3.5.10!!!! this is
the version available)
