This bug was fixed in the package kdebase-workspace - 4:4.1.2-1ubuntu3

kdebase-workspace (4:4.1.2-1ubuntu3) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Add conflicts/replaces against kdebase-workspace-bin (<= 4.1.3) to systemsettings
    since files moved around during the merge. (LP: #296220)
  * Add conflicts/replaces against kdebase-workspace-data (<= 4.1.3) to
    kde-window-managersince files moved around during the merge. (LP: #296219)
