No, noone did. In fact only suse is working on this and I am really
frustrated that such a case doesn't went upstream to us :-(

So, I just confirmed https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172267 and did
set the priority to high (less then 10 seconds of work btw), so we are
at least aware of this.
