You have been subscribed to a public bug:
In the end, I got tired of the default look and feel of
KDE3-applications in my Kubuntu 8.10 and decided to customize it.
And I just couldn't figure out how to do it.
systemsettings is for KDE4 and gtk applications, there is no kcontrol in
repositories, kcmshell --list returns null
Functionality of qt3-qtconfig is limited and its settings don't seem to
be applicable.
How can a user assign a style (and configure it if possible), colour
scheme and icons to KDE3 applications with GUI?
And there are plenty of such applications in Ubuntu repos.
