[Bug 297384] [NEW] Menus should not fade out to gray/black

Public bug reported:

KWin fades the menu's to gray/black. As a result, if there is a bright
background behind, the menu fades into a black rectangle which dissolves
slowly. -- See screenshot of disappearing menu - notice how dark the
fading menu becomes and how prominent it is on a bright background.

Solution: Menus should fade to transparency just like it happens under
compiz.
