[Bug 297603] [NEW] blinking ASCII characters after logging out of kde

kdm-version: 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu13

What I expect:

After logging out the login screen should appear so I can log in again

What happens insted:

X Server hangs and displays blinking ASCII characters (see attached
image)

How to reproduce:

1. Start KDE session
2. Log out of kde session

This problem only occurs when using the nv driver. If I use the nvidia
driver kdm won't hang up. With gdm the hole problem doesn't exist.
