1) Navigate: Help -> Report Bug...
2) "Submit Bug Report - Adept" window opens, explaining that clicking the button below will cause a browser window to open with URL http://bugs.kde.org
3) Click "Launch Bug Report Wizard" button.
4) Nothing happens
