[Bug 300285] [NEW] Fails to create new distribution list

I'v reported this bug for version 3.5.10 but it was fixed by A. Wenning.
Now I'm getting the same problem with a fresh installation of KDE4 (4.1.3).
The only things I did was putting back my saved "kmail" directory, and "kaddressbookrc" and "kmailrc" configuration files.
Those two files do not hold any information about any distribution list.
Then it is still impossible to create new distribution list !

The strange thing is that A. Wenning is not getting this problem... so
I'm wondering if this could come from a permission problem (the program
not being able to write the new distribution list in the appropriate
file/directory) ?
