[Bug 301701] [NEW] Akregator scroll makes repainting problems

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: akregator

If I click CTRL chars appear on links (or something similar), if I then
scroll these chars leave a sign on screen, I can't make a screenshot
because these things disappear if I try.

I'm using Kubuntu 8.10 @ 64bit and KDE 4.1.3.
