[Bug 302197] [NEW] knewsticker help is inaccurate

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdenetwork

In Intrepid, add a knewsticker plasmoid to your desktop.  Right-click
and select News Ticker Settings.  Click the Help button in the settings
dialog.  In the TOC, select: 3. Configuring KNewsTicker.  Observe the
screenshot and documentation, and compare it with the dialogs and
options actually available.  It's as if it's for another application
altogether.  Maybe the documentation was updated but the software
wasn't?  The docs seem to reflect a more advanced version than what I'm
seeing.
