[Bug 302666] [NEW] Regression: scrolling in Kate 3.1.2 is very slow KDE 4.1

Binary package hint: kdesdk

It was fine in previous versions (KDE 3.5), but now it just terribly
slow. Not possible to use. It take several seconds to scroll if file is
several thousand lines long.
