[Bug 303138] [NEW] konqueror: open previous active tab doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

When closing a tab, konqueror displays the tab on the left and not the
previously active tab( despite the fact the the option is selected ).

Using kubuntu 8.10 with KDE 4.1.3
