[Bug 303542] [NEW] kate depends on libplasma2 but it's superseded by libplasma3 in kde4.2

Public bug reported:

The kate package is available for me from a few different repositories
(kubuntu-members-kde4 PPA, jaunty and intrepid)

The particular files are being: 
kate_4.1.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid1_i386.deb
kate_4.1.2-1ubuntu3_i386.deb
kate_4.1.2-0ubuntu1.1_i386.deb
kate_4.1.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb

But all of them depends on libplasma2, so apt-get gives the following:
  kate: Depends: libplasma2 but it is not going to be installed

Possible temporary workaround:
cd ~
wget http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kdesdk/kate_4.1.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i --force-all kate_4.1.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid1_i386.deb
