[Bug 303703] [NEW] wrong keyboard work after xserver crash

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

After xserver crash I have to press and hold key for a second to get a symbol in the input field.
On kdm screen keyboard works correctly, when switching to virtual console - it works as before too.
I've created new test user - keyboard works as usual for him.
