[Bug 172395] [NEW] Storage Medium Icons Show Up After a Mounting/Unmounting Operation

The Storage Media Applet shows everything just fine. I have "show
un/mounted removable medium" enabled in kcontrol > Desktop > Behavior >
Device Icons. My removable medium never shows up until at least one is
mounted OR if if I run sudo umount -a "not recommended". This is a very
tiny issue but a very apparent bug none-the-less. Storage media attached
to the system does not show up unless a mounting/unmounting operation
takes place. It just helps make the system feel that less perfect :(
