[Bug 276004] [NEW] Intrepid: Kubuntu various apps from kde3 try to open Khelpcentre3 and fail

ISO BUILD: 20080929

SYMPTOMS: On kde3 apps like K3B and Amarok if you click help->x
Hanbook.... it tries to open Khelpcentre and fails.  This does not
happen with kde4 native apps.

CAUSE: No KHelpCentre for kde3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ install Kubuntu.
2/ Run any kde3 app.
3/ Click on Help.
4/ Click on the handbook for the app.
5/ Read the error message.

** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
