[Bug 277007] [NEW] The package claims to support CHM files but it does not

Public bug reported:

The extra backends package is present to support for additional
backends. The package description claims support for CHM files among
others, however opening a chm file with okular results in an error that
it could not be opened.

I have also compiled kde from sources and okular does support chm files,
hence i consider this a packaging bug.
