  On a brand new install of Kubuntu 8.10a3 with the default settings,
  Dolphin trunicates the botton of text in the information panel. See
  screenshot.

+ Kickoff -> System Settings -> Appearance -> Fonts -> Change 'Small' to bigger size (e.g. 16pt) -> apply and try again
