[Bug 278061] [NEW] [intrepid] installing digikam installs ALL kde apps

In hardy, when I installed digikam (sudo apt-get install digikam), it installed needed kde libs.
In intrepid, it installs kde libs all kde apps (kmail, konqueror, dolphin, k3b...), while I just want digikam.

(tested in livecd session only, but I think it's the same for installed
version)
