[Bug 278572] Re: [intrepid] Kontact (kmail) not displaying properly dates in local format

I just tested with today's live cd:
* Boot livecd with french
* Changed country in systemsetting's regional settings to france
* Changed the date format via the dropdown menu to DD.MM.YYYY
* Opened Kontact
* Attached to an imap server
* Dates were parsed properly
