[Bug 278851] [NEW] NetworkManager doesn't find router

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

In Kubuntu 8.10 Beta, NetworkManager is a pain to use, it does find
networks, just not my own one, which is found within seconds when I boot
8.04.

Also when I connect to a found network, I do not get a popup to enter a
passphrase when I hit connect&save, it is a pain to use!
