This bug was fixed in the package kdeartwork - 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2

kdeartwork (4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * kdeartwork-theme-icon shouldn't include crystalsvg (LP: #271319)
  * kdeartwork-theme-icon doesn't conflict kdelibs-data anymore
  * kdeartwork-theme-icon replaces kde-icons-nuvola (LP: #278637)
