You have a disturbed fantasy, if that is a foot :P ... actually it's
referred to as "The Cashew" (which is right behind clocks and gears the
most important in KDE ;-)

Anyway, this is a different issue. I guess plasma just doesn't resize
the panel properly. Please open a new bug report.
