Oops.  A new user, created after upgrading, seems to have Konsole just
where it should be in the menu. I had deleted my .kde and .kde4
directories prior to upgrading in order to make sure I didn't have any
configuration file incompatibilities with the new version of KDE, so I
had assumed that there wouldn't be any difference between my old user
account and a new one.  I guess I don't know where information about the
KDE menu is stored, then.
