[Bug 281182] [NEW] Garbaged system-tray icons in KDE4.1.2

Public bug reported:

Icons in the system tray (notification area) seem to overlap the previous one when a new one appears (see attached screenshot)
For example, in the screenshot, after the Software upgrade notification icon (bulb) appeared, the volume (mixer) icon shifted, but left a trace which is overlapped by the power manager (battery) icon.
