[Bug 281315] [NEW] kmail send mail setup causes send mail not to work

Public bug reported:

When sendmail server is changed, the old setup is not replaced and it
still tries to send on the old set up although the new setup is in the
server tab. Also, when new mail send server server is added, the apply
at bottom is greyed out.

When deleting a server, the whole setup should be deleted and replaced with new setup.
This bug is potentially serious because it prohibits sending mail in Inteprid Beta
