[Bug 281330] [NEW] Konqueror does not show website until "almost" all images are loaded

Public bug reported:

Konqueror does not show the website and shows a blank white page until almost all images are loaded. This can be a problem in cases of a slow internet connection. For example, I may click on a Login link to my forum page before I wait for the whole page to load.
See attachment where the webpage is not shown until all 59 images are loaded.
