[Bug 283098] [NEW] In Kubuntu 8.10, icons in plasma can not be moved

Binary package hint: kdebase-plasma

If you right-click on a plasma widget icon, there is no longer a menu
item to move it. Nor does there seem to be any other obvious way to move
it.

I need this, because if I enable "old style" application launcher
(K-Menu), it shows up at the right hand side of the bar; however I'd
prefer to have it at the left-hand side.
