Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager-kde
The network manager doesn't provide an option to hide passwords/keys.
For example, suppose I want to connect to a WPA2 PSK network with the
key "swordfish". I might want "swordfish" to appear as "*********" when
I type it in so that no one can see what the key is. The Gnome version
of the network manager provides such an option in 8.04, with
passwords/keys hidden by default.
I'm using network-manager-kde 1:0.7svn864988-0ubuntu1 in Kubuntu 8.10
(Intrepid) Beta.
** Affects: knetworkmanager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
