[Bug 280295] Re: do not offer upgrade to intrepid automatically

I can confirm that adept as shipped in 8.04, adept 2.1.3ubuntu25, offers
upgrading to intrepid and that the version in hardy-proposed, adept
2.1.3ubuntu25.1, does not (based on the fake changelog server Jonathan
pointed me at). I also was able to perform updates, install additional
software, and received notifications that I needed to reboot based on
the updates I installed.
